» We have completed the landscaping at Hulton House, Preston. Appointed by DBS Ltd this is the fourth new build care home we have landscaped for the client. On this project we carried the the courtyard preparation, sub base works and then laid 180m2 of artificial grass, erected 140 l/m of double clad featheredge fencing with gates and finally 415m2 of Chocolate Buff resin bound surfacing. On the external works we carried the ground works, introduced over 700 tons of top soil and laid over 3000m2 of turf along with constructing the bin store.
